With a background in photography and digital archiving, my work explores the intersection of digital artifacts, memory, impermanence, chance, domestic crafts, and the dissemination of public and private information online.

Using a digital embroidery machine intended for single nontechnical users, along with home computer software, I create embroidered abstractions. I am interested in building on in-between spaces, structure, absences, art historical references, and crafts such as embroidery and patchwork quilts.
